Most cereals are bowls full of carbs and sugar. I'd give them a miss really.

I knew I would have to start porridge/eggs sooner or later but I always was under the assumption that cereal wasn't particularly bad just the ones like coco pops etc were full of sugar and shit but weetabix and special k would have been okay.

Weetabix and Shredded Wheat arent unhealthy as such but you will feel a lot fuller if you get some protein and fat in at breakfast time. Though they arent bad post workout.
Somedays I just feel like a bowl of porridge in the morning though and I just have a shake to get my breakfast protein in.

Folks is there any point in training your firearms separately? I know that they get trained when you do certain exercises but mine seem underdeveloped in comparison to the rest of my muscles.
Forearms not firearms, I already have +25 SMG aim, unlocked that ages ago

From my own experiences it's very genetically based. Some people do heavy lifting and their forearms get huge, mine lag so I started throwing them in twice a week.
Think Hogan uses the fatgripz which do leave you with pain but not sure if they actually promote much growth, never used them

Can see little rips when you tense them and my arms look more in proportion. Recommend In other news I have a badly rotted tooth through no fault of my own, can't chew. I'm currently living off weetabix, porridge, soup, rice pudding and protein shakes. Fuck

Muesli is a good cereal you know, dunno how healthy it is but assume better than most, you can be versatile with it aswell, chop up some fruit and jobs a goodun
also riding a bike to work is so much better than driving, I've never been as arsed as I should have been about my health but will ride a bike wherever possible it makes a big difference

Yep, do it at least twice a week. Torally changed my recovery from football. Feel so much more agile and loose in every day life too.

Started doing DDPYoga a while ago, the difference has been insane. I watched this: and thought it was probably a bit over dramatic and exaggerating, but I've not even been that focused with it and I've noticed huge improvements in my core and my flexibility, and just generally feel a fuck load better. Had a gammy shoulder for a while and always had a bad back, both feel great now.

That is madness. I've heard of plenty of people finding yoga has helped them massively, it must do something right anyways! I'm just back from my first session, not really noticed that much of a difference but I feel far more limber.

I start meal replacement shakes tomorrow. Only for lunch, mind. But still, it means no more dutty salads. I'm trying one now and it's a bit 'meh' but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm doing that too mate, it's fucking grim. It tastes nice but you just feel so empty through the day! What's the rest of your diet? Just the same bar the meal or got a whole plan?
