They have a left winger, problem is he was signed by Baldini and AVB clearly doesn't want to use him.

Willian wouldn't have fixed this team, because the problem isn't individual players.

Whatever Arsenal can do, Tottenham can do worse. This season is laughably insane.

Harsh to say when Willian hasn't gotten a regularly run in th eteam. Personally I'm shocked Spurs sold a left winger for £80million and didn't buy a new left winger. Or seeing as they have a poacher they could have gotten a midfielder/number 10 who makes runs into the box rather than buy more 'outside the box' playermakers like Eriksen, in addition to Holtby and Sig. Or probably a backup striker incase Soldado was shit seeing as Defoe is the only other option they've got and he clearly doesn't rate him. Hopefully with Defoe off to Canada, no money actually spent from our pockets in the summer, January holds an ace card. Not replace Soldado, to join him. No idea whom though.

It's amazing how many non-Spurs fans rate Defoe over Soldado. About 80% of people i know think Defoe is better. I just don't even know.

Mirror running that Aguero could be out for six weeks. Could be MASSIVE for us that. As scary as City are with the likes of Toure, Silva, Negredo, they're twice as scary when Aguero plays.

There's no one that Tottenham could have bought that would have filled the void that Bale left.

difference between redknapp and avb? redknapps teams were always better in bigger games, didn't crumble and hide. Anyone half decent were shite against and anyone poor we're not very good against. somethings got to change with this team asap or its curtains for him

I'm sorry but how do you know what the coaches AVB chooses to employ are like? Have you got some inside information that all his coaches are shite?
Plus, AVB also knows what he's doing, may not be the most adaptable and he has to learn but it's not like he's a some clueless mong who's blagged his way into management.

I've seen Redknapp put on Scott Parker for Rafael van der Vaart in the 89th minute when we were desperate for a goal so I'm not letting this "knew what he was doing" business go any further

The main difference between Redknapp and AVB is that Redknapp was a very good manager who knew what he was doing. He also surrounded himself with good coaches who made up for his shortcomings. AVB doesn't have anyone like that. And yet AVB still managed a better season points wise than Redknapp ever did. Madness.

I didn't say Spurs coaches were shit at all. Don't put words in my mouth. I no that Freund had no previous coaching experience prior to joining Spurs. A young inexperienced manager should have an experienced head as his number two. He hired someone with zero experience. You said the difference between the two is that Redknapp surrounded himself with good coaches, implying AVB doesn't, which you can't possibly know. Freund is a Tottenham fan favourite and for all you know could be doing a brilliant job in his role, this argument makes no sense. You do not know enough about the internal runnings of Tottenham as a coaching staff to make the point you're trying to.
