Well without sounding too personal what happened when you moved away for uni? Course I know how difficult it is, you've seen my posts on here, that's exactly why I'm saying that it's difficult and isn't as simple as you made out.
Well that second sentence has probably been said by tons of people with the same ambition, and is exactly what I'm saying.

When I moved away for uni I was paying more than twice as much in rent as I will be living in Spain, I had no money for myself other than the bare minimum, so yeah, that was obviously shite.

While on the face of it moving to do the course cheaper in Germany makes sense. Except look at the difference in price, that gets eaten up in no time between flights, cost of setting up a new life in a new country as well. Believe me, the first month is one of the most expensive ever, all the little things you don't think about at home that you have to set up, finding the cheap supermarkets etc, the money disappears fast.
Never mind the other non-monetary factors like homesickness and cultural change and language barriers (fucking lol at "learning a language is easy", not for everyone. You have an immediate advantage at already being bilingual.) So yeah, it's not really an option.
And yeah this is a fucking stupid idea. Like Mycon I couldn't give a fuck about the English national team but what I've always like about the English league is how well supported a team in League Two is for example. The history and everything, it doesn't really compare to other countries.
I also don't understand why England are always looking at "how Germany do it" or "how Spain do it". I mean yeah in terms of coaching badges and the cost it's ok to look abroad but at the same time, you're English. There's an English way of doing things on the pitch and why not focus on what you're good at. I understand that smaller pitches would encourage more technical players but I'd hate if England lost the Walcott-type player specifically.

Gianni Infantino would be crying he can't sleep and hates it within a month of moving. Plus his coaching would revolve round telling everyone to play like Carragher or Gerrard.

"Danny Mills, the opinionated former England defender who sat on the England Commission, blithely insisted that fans of Hartlepool would far rather see their club play Manchester United B than Torquay United." Only just read this, fucking lol. He is such a clueless bald fuckboy. I hate him. He has absolutely no idea what Hartlepool fans would rather do. His ignorance is genuinely making manz mad, I need to punch summat. CUNT

It's honestly the worst idea they could ever come up with.
Don't get the 'it'll stop at League One and if the league becomes full of B-teams then we'll scrap the idea'. Do they really think that Utd, City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Saints and West Ham won't have their academy sides rise up the leagues within a few years and take over League One? It'll happen before long and the idea will just be stupid.
The loan system works at the moment, the u21 league we've had this season has been really good with some of the matches being really competitive.
A better way, imo, to make it work is to increase the amount of 'home grown' players that you need in the squad, not fuck up the lower league in he process. We have the best pyramid in world football, you don't see the 4th/5th tier of other countries selling 60k+ tickets for cup finals and as competitive as they are over here.
I loved our time in League One, travelling to some proper shithole grounds where theres a quality atmosphere and proper football fans. The FA can get fucked if they're prepared to throw all of that away for a chance to make the national team better when everyone else knows that kids are being taught the wrong shit from the age of 9, the amount of foreigners in Premiership academies is not the problem, grass-root football is.

West Ham have the greatest academy in the world and are the bastion of English football and wed have never won the WC without them.

West Hams academy would fuck up 90% of league 2 teams.
