g7vikings what about Volland? No doubt haven't caught as much of Hoffe as yourself but he looks like a pretty exciting talent and can drop back behind the striker from what little I did catch of him. Really hoping he makes the cut for the world cup, think he'd thrive off the chances made at Liverpool but then again I think the same of Borini so I suppose its a case of not needing to spend. Plus I dunno how reputable some bundesliga tv guest "experts" are or the like, but there's one (Rothsberg or someone) who seems pretty nailed on that Liverpool & Arsenal were looking at him, and would make a move next year if he wasn't grabbed by Dortmund or Schalke this season. Think City were interested as well until they were walloped with sanctions. Plus he's an absolute baller on fm soooooooo

Basically Gary isnt too sure of the players Liverpool are linked with so he'd just rather they raid the Bundesliga!

daveyposhboy I like Volland, but as you say, he's rather like Borini. He's a better footballer than Ramos, but I think he'd struggle to replace the physicality Lewandowski gives to the Dortmund attack, which may be why they landed on Ramos, I dunno.
